Just look for the seal. All cartons and bags with the Idaho Potato seal are guaranteed to contain genuine Idaho Potatoes. If you receive a product that does not appear to be from Idaho, just give us a call so our legal department can trace back the source of origin. All Idaho Potato varieties, such as Norkotah or Russet Burbank, must be regulation and be labeled with the variety name on the package.
Harvested from last summer through early fall, the Idaho Potato industry provides an uninterrupted supply of high quality potatoes. Also, don't forget to look to Idaho for all your processed potato needs.
Ask your supplier about frozen, refrigerated, per-cut, pre-cooked and dehydrated product styles and pack sizes.
Remember- the "grown in Idaho" seal is a certification mark indicating that only those potatoes grown in Idaho can carry this designation on the carton, bag or box.
